Due to the increase in business volume rapidly, the current production line can no longer meet its order production needs. In July 2024, Shenzhen Mosrac Motor Co., Ltd. successfully separated from its parent company "Senring Electronics Co., Ltd" and moved to a new park with a total area of about 1,500 square meters for offices and production lines.
On August 7, Mosrac welcomed the first foreign customer visit after the company's relocation. The customer is from Sweden and owns 2 companies, one of which is mainly dedicated to the design and technical support of industrial automation and robots. The purpose of his visit to China this time is to investigate the market and select frameless motor suppliers.

The atmosphere of the whole reception process was very relaxed.
First, Mosrac showed the customer a video and PPT introduction of the company, so that the customer had a deeper understanding of Mosrac Motor: including the company history, company structure, corporate culture, product classification, etc.
Afterward, the customer also introduced his company size and specific project requirements to Mosrac Motor, etc. The customer said that Mosrac's frameless motors and encoders will be used in their AGV projects, and the demand will be relatively large in the later stage. After returning to Sweden, they’ll send the parameters and customization requirements to us as soon as possible. After both parties confirm the design, will start to produce and test samples. And then enter mass production after the test is completed.
During the communication, the customer also took the initiative to share the status of his family and children, as well as his living habits and hobbies outside of work, etc., and had a very happy chat. The customer said that he had hired a teacher to teach him Chinese. Now he only knows a few simple Chinese sentences. He made an appointment to visit MOSRAC again when he comes to China next time. At that time, everyone will communicate in Chinese.
